Came here for Valentine's lunch. Very pleasantly suprised. Would Definitely come again. Large selection of food and pizza is made on spot where you can see it. One of the best tasting pizzas in Nottingham city centre, very good prices for the quality and portion size. Unfortunately there is no gluten-free options. Service was fast and welcoming. Restaurant is dog-friendly so expect to see some canine friends sitting around eyeing your pizza. Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful building.

I have been to Rudy’s three times so far and ordered from there a few times as well. It is a wonderful restaurant to eat in, nice ambiance for date nights specifically. Any pizza me or anyone I had been there with ordered was excellent and drinks are amazing too. The only criticism I’d have regarding the food would be the tiramisu which falls short compared to anything else they make. Service is excellent as well, waiters are always very friendly and helpful.

Rudy’s – A Delicious Slice of Italy in Nottingham In March 2025, we visited the city of Nottingham to attend an amazing photography workshop with the incredible Ed Godden Photography. The night before the workshop, we stopped for a meal at Rudy’s, a pizza place that really impressed us. As an Italian, I can confidently say that the pizza was absolutely delicious, authentic, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is set in what I believe was once a bank, and the original building is simply breathtaking, a glorious space full of history and character! However, the interior decor now is a bit of a mishmash, it could be so much better and really do justice to the beauty of the original building. But, honestly, the pizza is so good that it makes up for it! We visited without a reservation and were able to find a table without trouble. If you’re looking for a great pizza in Nottingham, we definitely recommend stopping by. Nottingham’s historic charm is incredible. We were absolutely mesmerised by the beauty of the buildings. It’s a city full of surprises, and Rudy’s was a pizza to remember!

Mid afternoon sneaky pizza. Lovely ramshackle room, really approve of it. Nice friendly chatty service. Pizza well up with the usual Rudy’s service - this white pizza special was excellent - lovely charred chewy base and top notch ingredients on top, a really good creation. Definitely worth a trip.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend the cheesy garlic bread. Staff are lovely, service was good. Also tried the homemade lemonade - also fabulous! We will definitely be back very soon

Easily on par with Pizzamisu for best pizza in Nottingham - the Nduja Mayo is insanely good and service was so fast. I will say it wasn’t a very “intimate” feel but still made a great date spot.

We popped in on a humid day and were welcomed straight away. The vibe was relaxed and cool, perfect for a break. Our server, Michael L, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and even made our toddler feel right at home. He kindly offered to ask the chef about a smaller pizza for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great service and great food—we’ll definitely be back
